Mountain Climbing Notes

Safari price
Includes: Vehicle 4wd, fuel, driver guide, park fees, camping fees, cook, meals, mattress, pillow tent.Excludes: Tips, drinks, sleeping bags, Insurance and all items of personal nature/use.

Departures
Price is set for a minimum of 2 and maximum of 6 persons for the safari, we require a notice of 28 days prior to date of departure and or check with our operation department.

Single Tent
A supplement of $10 per person per night will apply on the quote.

Hotel
We recommend The Milimani Lodge, The Outpost Lode, Arusha Tourist Inn, Meru InnDouble room Rate $50.00 Night per person sharing. Single Room Supplement $35.00.   (Room prices accurate as of this writing, March 2017)

Insurance
Rescue and evacuation (Air Ambulance) tickets are available in our office at $10.00 per person. We strongly advise comprehensive insurance to be purchased from your Home County of which should cover Last minute communication on changesDeath, medical, injury, delays loss and or damage of property.
NB. Sunny Safaris will not be held any responsible for any such claims.

Vehicle
Our vehicles are 4w drive safari equipped, space for luggage is limited (we suggest 15 Kg per person maximum)

Agent
Agents of Sunny Safaris must convey all necessary information of the safari before clients arrive in Arusha and set for safari.

Kilimanjaro/Meru Climb
Maximum 15kg is allowed for the Porter on the climb.
